I've ran into this problem with klarna recently where every purchase i try to make no matter the store or amount shows this pop up, the thing is I dont have any debts to settle with debt collection that amount is the open purchases I have on klarna which I've been paying off even paid a bunch weeks early but even after contacting customer service who just told me to pay off little by little and pay in full to reset it or whatever it still shows me this, what gives? I also had a way higher amount than this open before i paid it down to this amount but it was still allowing me to make more purchases.
