It’s really interesting—I’ve noticed that in Portugal, when you’re choosing an immigration law firm, those with high ratings aren’t necessarily the best firms, although of course it’s possible they are. However, from what we know and have observed, these large, well-known law firms in Portugal employ a great many lawyers. Yet if you look at their Google Maps ratings, they’re actually very low. The reviews at the top are mostly one- or two-star ratings, with comments such as ‘disgusting’, ‘absolutely terrible’ or ‘incredibly slow’. It’s really quite intriguing – why is that? What do you all think?
