Two not very skilled hackers are trying to hack me. I checked their IP address. They are from Los Angeles. They are trying to steal my accounts, passwords, and photos.

I shared my Steam account with a friend and he shared his, but it seems he wants to decorate my account. What should I do? He logged in from a different email address.
