Just want to give a big shout out to the Steam Support guys.

So I wasn't using Steam for about a week, and after I returned to my account, I noticed that my username had been changed and $70 of my Steam wallet was missing. Going by the login and purchase history, apparently someone from Russia made 12 purchases.

Even after a week had passed, Steam refunded all these purchases and I now have all my money back. They were pretty quick too, it only took 2 days after I contacted them.

It could all probably have been prevented if I had set up 2FA from the start. I wrongly assumed that having a long password and changing it regularly would be good enough. Well, it clearly wasn't.

Thank you Steam Support❤️
