The biggest healer
The biggest challenge we face today is losing focus. Even young kids struggle to pay attention for more than a few minutes.
There was a time in my life when my own mind felt like my worst enemy. I was stuck in sadness, loneliness, and compulsions that ran deep. If your bike isn’t running well, you take it to a mechanic. But when your own body, mind, and thoughts turn against you… where do you go?
That’s when I joined Inner Engineering. The program helped me rebuild my attention span, strengthen focus, and sharpen my thinking. Today I don’t just focus better — I’m fully present in whatever I do.
Before this, I couldn’t give myself fully to anything. After learning the tools in the program, practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra, strengthening my body with Hatha Yoga, volunteering for Isha programs, and staying at the Isha Foundation, I’ve experienced life at a whole new level. I didn’t just get my focus back. I’ve never been so happier and joyful.
This is something everyone should experience, especially anyone struggling with attention and focus. Isha is the best thing happened in my life
