TL;DR: whats up with this kittens mouth?

Hi everyone, so someones dumped this kitten and we were wondering what issue he has on his gums/teeth? We are thinking of adopting him but we have 3 indoor cats and want to be really careful about transmissible illnesses

Of course this kitten wont be indoors until quarantine and any vet responsibilities , we are just wondering what it could be in the meantime and if it could be an expensive outcome?

Poor thing is on the small/young side so we would hate for it to be outdoors... hes currently residing in our shed haha

I know no one here is an in person vet, but, again, it would help to kinda know what it could be !
