I'm making this mask from foam clay. It's a dryad or myconid kinda character. Any color ideas? :)

I grew this vine from a packet of seeds that was just labeled "melon." As far as I can tell, they're most likely Vine Peaches, or Mango Melons, but mine seem smaller than the ones I've seen in other people's pics and videos.

Eaten raw, they taste a lot like a fruitier version of a cucumber, and Ive been eating the seeds like I would cucumber seeds.

Does anybody have experience with these? Any idea why mine are so little?
