Just curious if anyone knows what happened, word was they were remaining open, but went last Friday and all their items and stuff were outside the building/taken down. Have to assume something monetary but just curious if anyone knew what happened and if they are closed down for good?
Looking to buy a 2026 Subaru Forester Premium; we have a negotiated offer for $32k OTD. The current financing rate incentive would be 2.9% for anything over 36 months. We’re probably putting about 20k down so financing about $12k at either 60 or 72 months not quite sure yet. So probably looking at what $180-$200 a month.
We recently had a baby but due to an accident my car was totaled so we’re looking for new. We’ll still have a decent emergency cushion after this approx. $30k so I don’t think it’s irresponsible at least.
Does this seem like a decent deal to you all?
Wife and I are doing some house hunting. Anyone have any opinions on this area specifically? I know 29203 is largely not seen as a great area/ZIP but just curious as I know many times there are good and bad areas. Would love some feedback!
