My Facebook account got blocked, and I can't seem to get into my AE with 1800+ parcels and 116 badges anymore. On the website I am able to use both Facebook and my mobile number, so I thought I could use the same for the app. Is there anything I can do to get access to the app back or should I consider it lost for good?
Some years ago my account was blocked for 90 days, and after those 90 days were over, I reached out to support because I still couldn't get in. Never received a reply, but after a few more weeks the account was permanently deleted.
In the meantime I had created a new account, and received a ban on that now. Over time I have had some warnings and bans from posting in groups or going live, but all mostly based on things I shared where the original post was unaffected, or things that were in the news, where I wrote an opinion bit about, or shared a meme about. Never using any offensive or threatening language in my posts, but even if a picture with an article showed someone from a banned organization it was considered support for that organization, according to the warning, while nothing I wrote showed any support.
Also memes which were very obviously edited photos, would at times give a warning because it was an altered picture.
I have appealed the ban, because Facebook is still my main method of contact with friends and family around the world, but if I don't get my account back, I'm not sure I want to bother creating a new account again
I have missed out on rewards a few times before due to work, but never been as close as this
The cost of the 990 AB pack still shows as $39.99 as it has been ever since I started playing, but when clicking Buy now, it goes up to $47.99, a massive 20% increase. It is quite easy to miss after the first screen, and I think this could be considered misleading, which would entitle people to a refund of the $8 if they purchase this.
