[Threshold] How did a bunch of sages kill the Sword Jade?
Making my way through the series and I just can't wrap my head around what seems like a major plot hole. I mean, Jade is a mineral. A rock. 6 to 7 on the mohs scale. In this case fashioned into a sword so extra lethal.
Sage is a damn plant. Not some ancestral tree, but an herb. I don't care if a bunch of sages gang up at the same time, there just seems like there's no way even a hundred sages could kill the Sword Jade.
I'm gonna continue reading but I really hope Will addresses this and it's not some plot hole that never gets explained.
