So I had a crash out at work today. I work in an office. It hell. But that's not the point of today's rant. The point is I don't understand how they operate, like how they think and why they do the things they do and it is driving me insane. They probably look at me and wonder the same about me!!

So a year ago they (very high up management who all wfh) got rid of the canteen, as well as the lunch areas. The reason. No reason. The canteen was naff but the lunch rooms were really good. They replaced them but putting one GIGANTIC table in the hallway which you can see from the windows in the walls of the big open plan office. It's right next to the bathroom. Essentially you are on display while on lunch.

Obviously this is my worst nightmare.

However no one else seems to have a problem with it and the people who take lunch not at their desks use it.

The thing is. They never actually got rid of the lunch rooms? Cosy quiet little rooms with sofas where you can just chill and get physically away from work. They overlook some really beautiful scenery outside too! The doors are unlocked and the sofas are still there. We were just told they are no longer to be used, the table is instead.

But there's literally nothing stopping anyone from using them? I used them every lunch break. I've been spotted several times too and nothing has happened.

I just...don't get it.

Not only that, it's everything, all the little things. That when the system went down one day I started doodling in my note book, the person next to me saw and gave me a dirty look, I looked around and everyone was just ... waiting patiently for the system to come back on. I don't understand what's so wrong with doodles and also how everyone there can seemingly concentrate on only work for 8 hours solid. My mind always drifts.

I miss the early bratz/repros, I miss the two full outfits and how fashion and clothing focused the dolls were.

I love the cunty screenings and I love the new concepts, Bratz are finding their passion again 💖 but I miss the doll lines where the outfits alone were serving. I miss the casual lines where the dolls were just REALLY well dressed girls with a passion for fashion. I miss the jeans and a nice top and a cute jacket fashions.

I know the dolls would cost a lot more with two outfits and accessories like hats and bags and sunglasses but honestly I'd take one exceptionally well executed doll over 4 budget line dolls. Not that I don't think the budget dolls aren't super cute! Just now it feels like all the dolls are budget line because they only come with one outfit...

I actually really like the concept of these budget lines, they so far have been well enough executed, I know they're not perfect, UV head sculpt and everything, but honestly I don't mind for a budget line.

I love the themes we've had and I hope we get more!! I think it's a really sweet little thing that we get these campy themed budget dolls. I LOVED Scorchin, Play Sports was super cute, and I am actually REALLY excited for Sassy Stampede.

I want to see more of these in the future, as long as quality is maintained. I don't mind some of the budget aspects, but there's a difference between budget and low quality looking at you B to the M B Millicent.
