Angry that I am the stereotype

Sometimes I don't know if I can still call it grooming when its been R and SA multiple times. That feels like its beyond all that. At least in my opinion, I consider grooming the talking stage. Now I feel like I got stuck in a cycle and involved with the wrong people. I am annoyed that I am the stereotype of not having a dad. So mom's boyfriends did stuff.

Sometimes I wonder...

Sometimes I feel like I am missing out on what it should have felt like to not have experienced R or SA. I should not have known what I know now. Sometimes I wish I was clueless again. Its a weird mental battle

Considering talk therapy

It started out as grooming and then became R\Sa. I havent spoken about it much, but it does replay in my mind a lot. I was just wondering how you get over such a thing. I dont have any contact with them, so no worries about that. But this is about me moving on. I find it hard to do so and pretend that nothing happened. I was thinking about therapy, but what does that even mean? Does talk therapy fix it?
