Bought Bieber Coachella merch online and got my order cancelled without even an email notice. I emailed support team to get help and only got an AI response telling me my order is cancelled…I followed back telling them I want to connect to a human and that I didn’t want my order cancelled but got ghosted completely. It’s so frustrating especially when I’ve waited so long for the order.
