How would you prepare this dish?

Hello to all my cooks out there! I was wondering how you would prepare Hannibal’s “protein scramble” from S1 E1? I have tried it once before, but would love suggestions. Cheers!

Self-produced check source!

Made from 51mg of depleted UO2 powder sealed in adhesive plastic sheets. Yes I work in a lab, yes this is safe - it is a sealed source which was leak tested. Cheers! NOTE: this is not a very accurate source, however I wanted to have a non-contamination-prone source of depleted uranium.

Not as good as some of you fine folk, please provide feedback!

Whenever feasible, one should always try to eat the rude.

How to express to my best friend that I don't like that they smoke (NB-19, F-21)

Hi everyone, my best friend (F-21) has recently picked up smoking. Now to my knowledge she doesn't do it much, but I (NB-19) really genuinely care about her wellbeing and want to see her healthy. I don't want to sound like an asshole, or like I want to make decisions for her, which I really truly don't. I understand that it's her life, and I totally respect that she can do whatever she wants. I, however, cannot shake the image of her slowly going further with drugs, or getting lung cancer, and I don't want to lose her that way. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 non-small-cell (non-smoking related, he didn't smoke) lung cancer when I was 9, and died of it when I was 11. It was, as one would imagine, incredibly painful to go through, and I don't want anyone I love (or for that matter anyone period) to go the same way. Some might call it an attachment issue, and they would probably be right. Anyways, I'm basically trying to ask how one would address this/ bring it up with said friend without sounding, again, like an asshole? Thank you all very much. Cheers
