How have I managed to add the rail bridge sides through my station? I want them gone but can't work out how. Any ideas?

I am playing on the Samui Island map and have just noticed that there is no water pollution showing up (the map doesn't have any outisde connection for sewage so its not going there).

I am using 2 standard sewage outlets into the river, both with the upgrades as per the screenshot and I have the Water Treatment Plant with 1 of each upgrade but it's now 2033 and there is still no water pollution from a city of 170K. Does this sound right?

I have added the metal fences to the edge of the rail lines using netlanes but it changes colours and I have black and grey as you can see. How do I change it or keep it to one colour? There seem to be no colour options in the menu.

The image shows the station services and the car park surface textures auto expanding when I added the paths, they also do it when near a road etc.

I have tried to edit them with DevMode but that changes the lot edge rather than the texture edge which then causes gaps between the path and the lots and as you can see I have tried to cover them but they go over the top of the added concrete texture.

Is there a way?
