The duck is evolving.
We just trained a new policy and we're really looking forward to the Arduino community building and sharing more motions!

I’m part of the team behind XGO-Duck. We put together this short video to show what goes into the robot, from printed parts and assembly to the runtime and simulation workflow.
The project builds on Pollen Robotics’ Microduck work. Our adaptation uses Arduino UNO Q, a matching expansion board, and 15 servos.
There are two ways to approach it: build the documented configuration and start with the supplied policies, or explore the training repository and evaluate your own. A new policy still needs compatibility checks and staged testing before it goes onto the robot.

If you were starting a build, what would you want us to document more clearly?
Happy to discuss the UNO Q integration and our current setup.
Shipping won’t be until late 2026 or even 2027, and I couldn’t wait that long—so I went ahead and built one with an Uno Q first.
