I believe this started as a mosquito bite on the back of my ankle (I am allergic but normally just swell up then go away) but this has progressed and now is very very swollen around 4 inches out around it. It is oozing clear pus ? And feels burning. Also last night I felt like I had a fever all night but I don't feel sick so im not sure if thats related?

What do I do??? Do I go to a doctor or can anyone give me advice on what to do? I have put polysporin on it overnight and has only gotten worse today.
