New patch aba in ptr
EDIT: some additional points:
- Slap talent stun and disable is 8 sec PER TARGET, like lucio high five. The dps boost makes aba highest AA dps hero in game, if you Z --> stun --> AA it's half a squishy's HP before stun goes away
- Locusts very weak early game but 13/16 talents make them unkillable in left alone in lane even by keeps, they will push all the way to core if other heroes don't kill them.
