I have been belching for the past months and everything I drink or eat anything I burp constantly everyday and it’s so loud and annyoning. Even when I get up I burp right away I feel like I have been gas too sometimes farts are hard to come out. Please guys any tips for this to go away I need help I went to the GI Doctor today but I want some opinions and options on what you guys did
