Recently discovered that entrepreneur and influencer Benjamin Kapelushnik, better known as Benjamin Kickz for his crazy sneaker obsession is getting evicted from Sky Luxury apartments in Hell’s Kitchen Manhattan. Located on the west side of NYC, the petitioner, 605 West 42nd Owner filed to evict him from his apartment. It has been reported that he has been causing objectionable conduct in the building and dangerous / illegal activity so the building is trying to get him out. Thoughts?

Several unit owners have been complaining about her to the building management and have complained that they don’t feel safe with her around because of her actions. In the unit owner chat, other owners also brought this to the vice president’s attention and the higher ups besides the condominium board. Thought I’d bring this up here but wanted to get everyone’s insights. She’s been really inconsiderate to neighbors and staff here and other owners think she should be receiving fines to stop her behaviors.
