Does anyone think Candace Miller will actually start posting on her Instagram again?

Hi everyone,

With the new VF article out on Candice Miller & Brandon Miller since then she’s obviously taken her blog & instagram down- (ok her instagram is still active but I guess she archived/ deleted all or most posts except one…)

My question is does anyone actually think she’ll start posting again or probably not ? Or will it take some time ..? Maybe until she fully heals or gets married or is she keeping a low profile on social media?

Just curious

P.S- I accidentally misspelled her name in the title post

Her Instagram account

Lack of follow through- Amy Griffin

I really like hearing Maureen’s thoughts on things. But I feel like she only consistently covers the Kennedys and MM.

Amy Griffin is an example. The Nerve literally blew the whistle on that. There have been major developments in the story over the last 10 days. Correct me if I’m wrong but I haven’t heard a peep from The Nerve. I was hoping it would be the dedicated mini nerve this weekend.

It’s strange. It makes it seem like she does stuff for click bait and maybe this story doesn’t resonate with enough watchers/listeners.

Either way, she’s way behind schedule in covering the new developments.

ETA: SHOCKED she still hasn’t addressed this. So disappointing. She broke this story. I’m genuinely wondering if Amy’s team filed a cease and desist. Honestly, I’d prefer that be the reason… because the fact that Maureen has dedicated hours to critique GP, the Obama, etc. rather than doubling down on this is gross.

Power couple ceos ? Eww

Some influencer founders are genuinely the most delusional people walking this planet.

They sit online acting like self made visionaries and “power couple CEOs” meanwhile their company is running on overworked employees, panic and pure stupidity.

Got to know a lot about one such beauty brand recently and holy shit the amount of fake image building is insane.

The husband wife founder duo act all humble and hardworking online but apparently behind closed doors it’s just ego, chaos and nonsense management. No structure, no planning, no brains just constant pressure dumped on employees while the founders play dress up founder on Instagram.

And apparently the wife barely even knows what’s happening inside the company. Just the face of the brand smiling in campaigns while employees literally spoon fed every single thing to the founders like they’re toddlers running a startup.

Scripts?
Employees.

Launch planning?
Employees.

Execution?
Employees.

Fixing terrible ideas?
Employees.

Meanwhile founders just sit there throwing out dumbass ideas and calling it “creative.”

At some point “creativity” just becomes a fancy word for “we have no clue what we’re doing.”

Apparently these launches are filled with the most random bullshit ideas imaginable and employees are expected to magically turn that garbage into successful campaigns overnight.

Like please shut the fuck up nobody is a “marketing genius” because they suggested some cringe launch concept during a meeting.

And the work culture sounds absolutely miserable.

Majority female team yet somehow zero empathy for health issues, burnout or personal situations. Just nonstop pressure and guilt tripping like the company should become your entire life.

The funniest thing is founders like this genuinely think suffering = productivity.

No babe.
You’re just bad at management.

And the CCTV obsession is creepy as hell too. Imagine being so insecure as a founder that you constantly need to monitor employees instead of trusting them to do their jobs normally. That’s not leadership, that’s control freak behavior.

Apparently there are rules for breathing, talking, existing except actual systems to run the company properly.

No communication.
No leadership.
No planning.
Just ego, micromanagement and fake startup energy.

Then these same founders cry about employee turnover as if people are leaving for no reason.

Maybe people leave because working under emotionally immature influencer bosses who think they’re revolutionizing the beauty industry is mentally exhausting.

And the funniest part?
Most of these brands are surviving purely because of old social media popularity and parasocial followers, not because the founders are some genius entrepreneurs.

Good lighting and fake humility really fool people online.

This is a groundbreaking story about the tangible, financial, social, and mysterious connections between Jeffrey Epstein and "The Box" nightclub in New York City. The infamous predator and Simon Hammerstein's notorious club serve as a throughline in this story that then maps out a wider web of individuals and entities in the same orbit. Military contractors, elite concierge services, modeling agencies, impresarios, hoteliers, A-list celebrities, royalty, and suspected foreign spies all appear in this macroscopic story.

The image that emerges is of one big social club that revolves around excessive indulgence, a gravitation towards degenerate debauchery, and a fully-realized rejection of sexual consent and personal agency. The image that emerges is one of class solidarity and a cross-pollination of moral depravity - with enough smoke rising form these individuals and their organizations to indicate one massive fire.

Does anyone have any tea on Jeff Bezos’ son who went to Yale?

This might be a bit off-topic, but I heard that Jeff Bezos’ son George graduated from Yale last year and I never saw him around campus or heard much about him, so I’m wondering if anyone has any tea about him

Sara Melissa Cuc @melissacuc, 152K+) being evicted from American Copper Buildings / The Copper NYC in Murray Hill

Sara Melissa Cuc has been discussed in this subreddit before in terms of her relationship with Alex Witkoff so bringing this up here. Her real name is Sara Melissa Cuc as shown on her StreetEasy real estate name. She constantly portrays herself as wealthy on social media yet does not pay her rent. Shes being evicted for over $13,276.05 of nonpayment in rent since February 2026. To date, that means she hasn’t paid rent for over 5 months now! Why portray yourself as rich on social media if you can’t pay rent. Crazy news… thought this girl was financially well off but clearly not.

Tea on Stephanie Rhule?

I consider her a self-made socialite. From following some of the others around her age it seems she is good friends with many of the names mentioned in here. I know she started in banking moved then moved to TV and lives in the ues. Wondering if she is as friendly and bubbly as she appears and any other tea?

Victoria von Faber-Castell was robbed while in Portofino with boyfriend Jean Arnault

https://preview.redd.it/7ymwdpc11y8h1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=331f55015979751cd3aebdd80c54f0f6f325880a

The robbery reportedly took place Friday evening in Portofino as Jean Arnault and his girlfriend, Victoria von Faber-Castell, walked to the restaurant Taverna del Marinaio with no security. Two men approached them and stole a valuable watch from Victoria.

Jean, 27, is the youngest of Bernard Arnault's five children and the youngest son of the LVMH chairman, whose group owns Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany, and dozens of other luxury brands. He joined Louis Vuitton in 2021 at 23 as Director of Marketing and Development for Watches and now helps lead the brand's high-horology push through its Swiss manufacture, La Fabrique du Temps. He's also a serious private collector, which is part of what makes the target of the theft so pointed.

Victoria, around 29, is a ninth-generation member of the Faber-Castell family, the German dynasty behind the 264-year-old pencil and luxury pen maker founded in 1761. The "von" in her name dates to 1898, when heiress Ottilie von Faber married Count Alexander zu Castell-Rüdenhausen and the family name and noble title were combined. She and Jean made their first official public appearance together on the red carpet at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.

By Saturday morning, the couple was being accompanied by an armed bodyguard. A local newspaper initially reported that the victim was Jean's sister Delphine Arnault, the CEO of Christian Dior, but the watch was taken from Victoria.

See which blocks you've walked from Apple Health, Google Timeline, and Strava

About a month ago I posted about an app I made called WalkNYC which tracks which blocks you've walked. I got a ton of feedback from everyone here and have implemented a lot of it! By far the most common request from Redditors was the ability to import your existing walks from other platforms, which I'm very happy to say is done! I've included some screenshots so you can see what it's like. It color codes each of your import sources so you can see what was imported from each platform. I've seen people get over 6,000 blocks (which, for scale, is almost the entirety of Manhattan) from their imports so it's a great way of getting jump started if you'd like to walk every block of the city.

I know a lot of you are also waiting for the Android app: it's almost ready! The app is in beta right now but for some reason Google forces you to do 14 days of beta testing before releasing an app on the Play Store. If you're interested in trying out the beta, please comment and I'll share the link to join.

As always, if you have anything you'd like to see in the app, please drop a comment! Thank you so much for all of your support, after posting on Reddit the app has gone from 50 to over 7,000 users in just a couple weeks.

Here's the link to try out the app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/walknyc-walk-every-block/id6758922428
