As of late walking has become more painful, with both my knees feeling like they're being crushed if I stand for long. In the past I had a period where walking was a sharp stabbing pain which I believe I just got from being incredibly out-of-shape, but also occasionally my steps turns into a limp which makes me think that it's a disability, though also I've heard of conditions described with a "crushing pain" so I want to know if I should look at getting whatever will fix this or if I'm going to have to look into mobility aid or anything.
