Daytime serums/mists/moisturizers for dehydrated, acne-prone, sensitive skin which really sink into the skin and don't sit on top?

Hi! Looking for new products recommendations!

As stated above, I have dehydrated, acne-prone, sensitive skin and I'm really looking for products that sink into the skin. I detest the feeling of a layer of tacky dewiness sitting on top of my face and find that products like that increase the chance of breakouts.

My skin LOVES the LRP Cicaplast B5 cream which I use every time after DDG extra strength peel pads. My nighttime products are locked in and work well, but I'm having a tough time figuring out what to do for the daytime.

Products I'm interested in but cautious of:

Rhode's Glazing Milk - heard acne-prone people breaking out

Experiement's Super Saturated Serum- heard it's like the most hydrating product around town but people sensitive to niacinimide break out

Products that didn't work for me (and I always make sure to have damp skin to help absorption but these were still a no-go for me):

Laneige's spray cream milky toner - just sat on top of my skin

Innbeauty Extreme Cream- lovely texture but too heavy for my skin and again just sat on top

AESTURA -365 Cream Moisturizer- wayyy too heavy for my skin type

Any recommendations would be amazing! Thank you!

So I have fair, neutral skin and quite non-pigmented lips. Maybe a year ago, I saw someone recommend this lipliner for fair skin and it is the perfect liner that does NOT turn peach, isn't too pinky or too brown....and then Sephora discontinued it and reformulated their liner range...

Is there anyone out there who loveddd this lipliner and who found a similar product (whether be liner, lipstick, etc) in terms of color and tone?

Thank you in advance!
