I just wanted to put this out there to help others. My laptop is a 2021 Sword 15 AU11D with a intel i7 11800
I set the bios settings for undervolting to -40 and my computer went from 93c for cpu to 73c while gaming.
I also replaced the thermal paste when I cleaned the fans prior to updating bios settings.
