35M needs advice for fat loss (35-40% bf) please, help!

Hey everyone. I'm a 35M person with a decent muscle size but with 35-40% body fat. My height is 175cm (5'9) and my weight 105kg (230lbs). I want to get to 10-13% and maintain it year round but I was wondering about using some supplement or aid to accelerate the results. I'm done being this big so this is what I'm gonna do (correct me if you see anything wrong, please):

  1. Gym 3-4 times a week (upper/lower)
  2. 10k steps daily
  3. 2200 calories. 180P/75F and the rest carbs
  4. Sleep 7-9 hours

Is fasting something to consider? And when it comes to compounds, I was reading about Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, and some others so which one would yo recommend for a guy in my situation?

I know calorie deficit is a must but I get hungry all the damn time so I don't know

Thanks in advance.
