Difficulty in navigating through gmat club

I thought of doing self prep. Watched concept video if Aruthmetic on gmat ninja YT and then wanted to do some questions on gmat club. And honestly I have spent upwards of 1.5 hour in the website and not been able to figure out how to go about the question bank.

Am I the only one??!

Can’t find OG questions. Filtered out Aruthmetic in Priblem Solving under Question bank but then it’s giving out like 1000s of tabs?? How to even navigate through this. Someone please help me.

Right patella transverse fracture

I slipped and broke my kneecap. I am 4 weeks post op. My doctors used fiber tape and fiber wire for aligning the knee piece. ( no removal of hardware required) I told them I was skeptical of keloid formation on the incision area so the used dissolvable monocryl sutures.

Week 1 - knee immobiliser and walker support. Also recommended to do quad sets, ankle pumps and patella gliding.

10 days post op onwards - started with physiotherapy. Target get 30 degrees ROM per week and switched to and ROM knee brace.

I am 28 days post op currently. Can bend 90 degrees passively and about 70 actively. Sleeping is difficult, can’t stay on the side for too long as knee starts getting really painful. The knee doesn’t bother me through the day too much if kept straight but bending is always uncomfortable, I feel a tight pulling sensation in the knee.

When will I ever be able to put weight on the knee directly/ sit in a table top position?

This was supposed to be my year, I had just started running, did 2 runs on my strava and bam, it hit me when I least expected it, on my way to the fkn gym ugh.

Do you guys have any suggestions , what are other things I should watch out for? Any advice is welcome :)

Also if anyone else has gotten a fiber tape and fiber wire fix, pls let me know. I can’t find any personal blogs on this. Is the recovery journey the same as a TBW fix or different and in what way.
