Need career guidance from my chart: Teaching, Psychology, or Government/Banking sector?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some career guidance through astrology because I've reached a point where I'm genuinely confused about which direction to take.
My academic background is a Master's in Psychology. My original plan was to become a psychologist, but after completing my degree, I found the reality quite difficult. Building a client base was slow, and spending long periods waiting for clients felt like a waste of time and wasn't financially sustainable.
Because of that, I started looking for corporate jobs. My goal was to move to bigger cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune, but despite trying, I couldn't find the opportunities I was hoping for. The jobs available in my hometown, Kolkata, were often paying around ₹10,000 per month, which felt very discouraging.
Then, quite unexpectedly, through mutual contacts, I got a job as a science teacher at a school. The interesting thing is that I've actually enjoyed teaching. I've been tutoring students for the last four years while pursuing my studies, so teaching isn't completely new to me.
However, I'm worried about whether this is the right long-term path. Teaching salaries in India are often not very high, and I know I cannot see myself staying in my current school or location permanently. Another concern is that my academic specialization is Psychology, while I'm teaching Science, so I'm unsure whether future schools might question that gap despite the fact that I'm currently pursuing a B.Ed.
Lately, I've been wondering whether I should continue building a career in education or shift my focus toward government sector, especially banking or RBI-related, since the pay, stability, and career progression seem much better. There are also multiple opportunities every year.
So my questions are:
Does my birth chart indicate stronger success in teaching/education, psychology/counseling, or government/banking careers?
Am I currently on the right path, or is this teaching job only a temporary phase?
Is there potential for relocation to a bigger city in the future?
Do you see financial stability and growth through my current career path, or government service instead?
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to look into this. I would really appreciate your insights. 🙏
