M here. I just can't decide what sandals or slides or sliders to get to wear outside sometimes when I am not wearing shoes. Something simple but doesn't look like household slippers would be nice, any recommendations guys?

I don't really like crocs (sliders).

The footwear in pics kinda feels like not something a 20s person would wear??

My budget is 1k but can stretch a little if something good comes up.

Thanks in advance.

Hello guys, I am in a dilemma between owning a house or renting it in life.

So many gated communities are coming up in hyd and its all the craze now. And all of them are 1cr or above at the very least.

So, i got to thinking... Instead of spending 1cr on flat, isn't it better to invest that amount and get around 10% i.e 10L yearly and spend some amount of it on rent? Like even if u consider rent to be 40k, yearly it will be 5L, so u will be left with 5L yearly, isn't that better?

Ik the emotional factor of owning a house. But here I am asking rationally.

I will mostly be SINK or DINK, so play area and safety for kids is not really a need. And I won't be using the amenities most likely. And I am not into stylish decorations inside house and all, I am planning a simple lifestyle.

And PRO's of renting is if I get transfer in my job or get job opportunities in other cities. Although CON will be owners are not always good.

I have a feeling all this is not so simple. Especially the investing and renting part. So, I am asking u guys what factors am I missing.

Thanks for ur answers in advance.

Also, where else can I post this to get more answers.

Hello. I am joining MBA core in TAPMI and I can't decide which specializations to take. My profile is GEM 9/6/7 with 1yr ex in designing.

My preferences were BA & Ops but turns out previous batch didn't even have Ops coz the minimum number of students didn't choose it. And Tapmi has relatively better placements in Finance and Marketing.

Personally, I am not really interested in marketing (especially sales, urghh). I am a introvert.

I am interested in finance (as a field and how useful it is personally in life) but heard that companies prefer students with finance background and also should have better profile.

So, what should I do rn? Other than BA, what else should I take... Marketing or finance? And any tips for it...
