If Dale was around when Negan came into the picture, would he have been able to talk some sense into Negan or would he have been just another victim. Tbh I think that’s why he was killed off so earlier cause he would’ve gotten under Negans skin with the his words. Rick said so himself when they buried him about how good he was at it

My personal opinion is that Dale died because of Carl. I don’t think I liked young Carl to be honest. He was always doing to much.
