Hello,
I have an Xbox One S, had this console for just about 4 years now. Recently, as of about a couple weeks ago, my controller keeps disconnecting during games randomly, and will randomly connect again, and keep doing this cycle repeatedly. After doing some research, I’ve done the basic troubleshooting step. New batteries, firmware updates, resynicing to the console, plugging the console into a wall outlet rather than a surge protector, etc. . At this point, I’m really unsure of what could be the problem, I doubt it’s the distance since it the distance from my console to where I play at can’t be more than a few feet. I’m guessing maybe a faulty battery sensor or something along those lines? But I’m not entirely sure and decided maybe some other opinions would be useful. If anyone has had this similar issue and has come up with a resolution of any kind, I could really use one. Thanks in advance.
