I sell personalized items and most customers order multiples of the item but with multiple unique personalizations. Example: Order 5 of same item and base design, but 5 unique personalizations resulting in review/edit/approve each of 5 items. This has been my flow for like 6months with almost 700 orders. But in the past few days i guess printify has changed this? They take these 5 and condense them to 1 reviewable/editable design and obviously this doesnt work because the customer order 5 unique ones. Seems like a great workaround would be editing order, adding the 5 unique but when you save the order in order to review and approve, they automatically combine in the single 5x item.
Anyway, has anyone experienced this? This literally defeats the purpose of printify in my use case and would have to explore other options, which i have but they are tremendously ineffecient.
