I have 2017 Ford Explorer 4 cylinder, turbo. We have had this into 2 shops. 1st change plugs and coils, 2nd did a transmission flush. Watch the RPM, it feels like I am struggling to go, like its pulling hard, but still have good acceleration but with a shimmy/rattle/shake. Worst when cold start or a couple days without driving. Any ideas that could lead to fix would be helpful. Thanks.
