
I recently tried Parafit’s 3-day trial in Gurgaon, mainly because of the ongoing maid shortages and after seeing their advertisements about two-time meal delivery.
While booking the trial, they asked for all details, including which meals I wanted in the morning and which meals I wanted in the evening. The total cost was calculated based on these selections, and I completed the payment accordingly.
However, after the payment, I received a message from their so-called nutritionist saying that they can deliver only in the morning. If I wanted separate morning and evening deliveries, I would need to pay extra. I told her that I had already selected separate slots while booking, but she mentioned that extra delivery is charged separately and is not included during package purchase.
What surprised me more was that the additional amount was only ₹158 for an order worth ₹3,000+, yet the experience was handled so poorly that it completely ruined the customer experience. I paid the extra amount anyway.
Then came the first day of delivery. I initially liked their Unicorn Yogurt Bowl, only to later find a plastic piece inside it. At this point, Zomato honestly feels better—at least I don’t have to worry about eating plastic.
Really disappointed with Parafit’s service, communication, and food safety standards.
