It's clear this entitled individual has pulled this stunt before. Mind you, she sent this after I had already spent 15 minutes driving to the location. I didn't really want to waste my time waiting for 7 minutes but I wasn't going to let it slide; I have little tolerance for riders who are inconsiderate of our time. Luckily it was surging and I still got $14 for the cancellation fee.
