How to lose weight when at heavier side of healthy weight?
22F, 5'3, 128 pounds. At my heaviest I was 140 pounds and that was while I was in high school. At my lightest I was 118 pounds after starting college and having control over my food intake. I won't lie, I used unhealthy eating habits to get there. Now I'm getting scarily close to my heaviest weight. I've tried eating less and exercising more but I only seem to lose water weight. I'd lose and gain 4 pounds over a week and it's getting frustrating. It's even more frustrating to see all the young women around me eat unhealthily and stay stick thin.
I don't know how much less I can eat when it's already borderline unhealthy. Do I just have to accept that this is my healthy weight and I'll never be skinnier?
