I was cut on 1/8/26. Started masterbating about 1 month after gently, not much pain. Then started having sex about 3 months post op. Lots of pain during sex. Afterwards scar line is bright red and skin below scar line is puffy.

What do you think is the best way to heal moving forward?

1. Steroid cream

2. Warm bath with massaging

3. Stretching skin so it gets used to being pulled back

4. Do nothing
