Heat rash?
Hi guys, to anyone who’s been done a while. Is heat rash a thing on the gland?
I’m 7.5 weeks and today in the UK is hot and I have tight underwear on and I can notice a tiny little rash looking patch on the gland?

Hey everyone, I have a question about my circumcision recovery and I’d really appreciate some advice or reassurance.
I’m currently on day 7 after a stapler circumcision. Before surgery, I was told I had a short frenulum, and the surgeon told me that the circumcision would also fix that issue.
However, now that I’m healing, I’m a bit worried because the frenulum area still looks kind of stretched/tight to me. I’m probably overthinking it, but I wanted to ask:
Should I already be concerned about my frenulum? Does this look like it could become a problem later during erections or sex, or is this normal at this stage of healing?
Also, does my healing process sound normal for day 7? I still have a lot of glans sensitivity and nighttime erections are pretty uncomfortable. Is it okay to continue covering it with gauze for protection, or should I start leaving it uncovered more often?
Thank you so much in advance — this whole process has honestly made me pretty anxious.
got circumcised 5 days back and there is this weird plushy, ring type of swelling in ridges on the right side under the glans. Does this go away soon it looks super weird and will it also inhibit sexual activity in 4 weeks?
I was circumcised 10 years ago 19 rn and recently i saw a patch of skin connecting shaft skin to the glans from below and left(single patch) its painless almost flexible but im very scarred of what it must be and why i suddenly spotted it 10 years later. Can anyone tell what it is and is it harmfull? it also seems to be growing
So today I saw my urologist and doing my circumcision next week. The thing is they're doing it in general anesthesia. I'd like to confirm one thing, I forgot to ask but we talk about stitches and etc, does laser procedure also needs stitches?
Can anyone tell
Pros and cons of laser surgery?
Use to be embarrassed at school was the only one that was circumcised
Hi, 29 M here,
I was cut 9 weeks ago and the stitches fell on the fourth week.
However, since then, I have had this little protuberence. I believe it was smaller at the beginning and it had a richer red color, but now it has this aspect. It hurts when it makes contact with my shorts or when I Apple pressure to it, it segregates a bit of a liquid with a foul smell and after an erection it makes a few stains of blood (not full blood, just a small stain) when creando one or two paper wipes.
I am gonna visit my urologist in one week (nearest time they had) and I just wanted to ask if it is normal, if I should be worried or anything else.
Thanks.
I’ve been going to the gym everyday since surgery. I need it for my mental health. The showers are cubicles but the changing rooms is just one big communal area and all the guys tend to get naked and let it all hang out. It’s going to be obvious for a while that I’ve just had a circumcision. Has anyone else had this dilemma before and thought sod it, it is what it is, I’m not hiding it? Or did you bottle it and kept it hidden? Might seem like an odd question, but feel very on my own with this. It feels odd for me to try and hide it as that is not me, I’m just like the other lads and I shouldn’t have to hide but would be good to know if anyone else has had the same dilemma
About a year and a half ago I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosis aka BXO.
At the time, the urologist recommended either circumcision or going to a dermatologist, I chose the dermatologist. The dermatologist put me on a regiment of steroid creams and that seemed to work well. Unfortunately, a few months ago I noticed that my BXO had spread.
I started a new cream as a result but I am unsure of its efficacy. Circumcision is beginning to feel inevitable.
For those who were in my position, I have a number of questions. Do you feel circumcision was the right choice? Did it cure your BXO? What was the recovery like? How much inner foreskin did you retain and what is your sensitivity like today compared to how it was before the procedure?
Seems like the woud dehiscence is getting better but in picture 2 - the frenulum became more sensitive recently and the scab that I circled seems like it's gonna tear itself apart with the skin when getting up from bed or moving a bit, any thoughts if I'm in danger of another wound dehiscence and what to do?
I have severe LS that 16 different urologists and dermatologists didn't diagnose correctly in the past 9 months and the disease got to do a lot of damage. At this point my only option is getting circumcised. Here are some questions I have:
I saw a well known top surgeon who told me I would only get to keep 6mm of my inner foreskin. Apparently it would be possible to keep more but he said the risk for lymphedema (donut swelling) increases if you leave much more than that. Most of the adult circumcision after-procedure pics I've seen have way more inner foreskin left so I wonder why I only get to keep so little. Apparently it's mostly about the lymphedema risk and not LS. I'm super worried that I will not have enough inner foreskin left to be able to enjoy sex. I wonder if asking for 7mm for example would make any difference in sexual sensation or the lymphedema risk.
My surgeon said that during the circumcision he will do a frenuloplasty where the frenulum is cut and then stitched back so it won't be the same as it was. When I asked him about the possibility of preserving my frenulum he told me that there is an option where I get to keep it but the result would be very ugly aesthetically since he would have to make a different type of cut. So I have to choose between losing sexual sensation and aesthetics? I've seen many cut guys still have their frenulum and they're not ugly. Does this mean that those guys have had the frenuloplasty procedure done? I'm very confused since I always thought it's possible to keep your frenulum. I'm super scared about losing too much sensation.
Should I request a written agreement confirming my consent for the surgeon to perform the procedures we have agreed on? Like leaving 6mm of inner foreskin and doing frenuloplasty instead of frenulectomy etc. I've heard horror stories about surgeons doing something completely different than they were supposed to do.
I'm a restless sleeper and I touch my dick in my sleep a lot. Do you have any tips for me to prevent me from hurting myself at night?
I'm a grower and I get lots of nightly erections. I'm worried that the stitches will rip. Is there some kind of medication that would make the erections stop for the first few days at least?
Scar is healing well… Very pleased with the outcome.
Surgeon recommended keeping a layer of Vaseline then a gauze wrap around it to protect the incision and promote healing. They recommend doing this for 4 weeks after. Seems to have worked well.
Hi Brothers, I just need advises ans support..i am extremely scared..I got my circumcision done last Saturday

On payday booking a consult at circ pro in London.
Looking for high/medium tight as a goal.
Anyone give any advice for questions to ask or things to raise?
Will be asking about feasibility and method as well as recovery timelines and aftercare.
Coming up on 4 weeks in a few days and everything it looking pretty good other than a couple lingering stitches waiting to dissolve and the inevitable donut ring... but man, my frenulum still looks like road kill.
Just curious how long it took for yours to get back to some semblance of normal-looking. I'm excited to finally be cleared to have sex again in a couple weeks but I don't think I'll be going out on any first dates while it's looking like it is currently. Lol
Trying to bath twice a day now and it's five weeks on Friday and still some stubborn stitches left. Am I right that scar wise it looks like he has done a very good job?
Anyone else have those striations on inner foreskin? Whether they are from LS or scar tissue from several thrush infections, I'll find out on June 3rd🤣
