I was circumcised 10 years ago 19 rn and recently i saw a patch of skin connecting shaft skin to the glans from below and left(single patch) its painless almost flexible but im very scarred of what it must be and why i suddenly spotted it 10 years later. Can anyone tell what it is and is it harmful? it also seems to be growing
