Hi guys, to anyone who’s been done a while. Is heat rash a thing on the gland?
I’m 7.5 weeks and today in the UK is hot and I have tight underwear on and I can notice a tiny little rash looking patch on the gland?
Ok so different sort of post here however firstly just wondered if anybody can relate/has any advice on.
So I’m week 7, last week signed off by surgeon. All I have is minor swelling that surgeon said will fizzle out over the next few weeks/month. And the very tip occasionally can get quite soar/bottom half of tip can scab etc. but considering 33 years very tight phimosis, for week 7 I’m quite happy.
Life at the most part is back to normal, sure I am mindful about underwear choice and find myself re adjusting so the tip doesn’t hit seem of boxers etc. but back to work, can exercise, do everything but haven’t had sex yet and only masturbated a few times and it doesn’t feel too good so clearly some healing going on/mental blockage
My issue now is, I have fixated on this for 7 weeks now, checking everything (and that’s just the surgery) before this I had 6 months of obsessing over creams/antibiotics for balanitis etc.i find myself Staring at it, after I wee I am hyper obsessed with maybe sure it’s all out and dried out afterwards, checking the tip etc - worried something will still go wrong, just constant monitoring and this whole situation has just absorbed my entirely life. First thing info in the morning is look to see how it is this morning. Even at work I’m like “when will this all properly be over etc”
I would guess I’m not alone in being a worrier but wondered when any of you guys got to the “right enough is enough, move on now, roll with the punches and stop worrying” stage?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m 33 married to a beautiful wife, renovating our bathroom, going on a caravan holiday soon etc but I’m just stuck in my head (which isn’t uncommon for me). Even as I write this I’m on my lunch break at work just so bored and tired of it all lol

So I’m nearly 7 weeks post op. 33male phimosis.
Saw my surgeon 2 days ago who was very happy how everything has healed and I mentioned sometimes the tip can get irritable and he said don’t worry it will all sort its self out in the next few weeks and discharged me.
So today I thought I would try masturbate (which I tried at week 4 and wasn’t fun haha)
Anyway at the point of ejaculation etc my meatus lips reaaaally well/protrude outwards.
Anyone had this before? I have quite a prominent pinker meatus anyway so I’m going to assume considering I still have swelling etc this is just one of those things that will pass with time.
