Hey guys,

I got my OTL license and have been applying to entry-level insurance jobs in Ontario, but I keep getting rejected within a few hours, especially from BrokerLink. My resume is ATS-friendly (85%+), so I’m kinda confused. Is this normal or am I missing something?
