I have IIH My opening pressure from the lumbar puncture (LP) was 30. I am currently on medication; although I can somehow manage the headaches, my ear-related symptoms are incredibly severe and I experience constant flare-ups. Despite numerous tests, including temporal CT scans and various MRIs, no specific ear pathology has been found. These results don't point to a different disease either. Does IIH truly affect the ears to this extent? I am exhausted. My doctors seem to dismiss my ear-related symptoms, but my hearing is progressively getting worse, and the pressure and tinnitus, PT are increasing every day. I really need guidance on what to do...
