**After not having sex for 8 months, I felt guilt, shame, anger, and regret 13 days ago after sleeping with a woman 21 years older than me. I am 38; she is 59😓**.
Even before we had sex and while driving to her house for the last time, I questioned her about our 21-year age gap during a video call, but she didn't mind; she said I am mature enough for sex. I am a Capricorn and usually consider myself strong and resistant. I don't know why I couldn't control myself this time.
I don't know why I blindly slept. The regret, shame, and guilt resurfaced in my body and soul, creating anger. This is because of my cultural and spiritual beliefs that don't allow me to sleep with an older woman, especially with such a large age gap.
