IG page turned sour: Cvntyjewels
Hi,
Wanna make ppl aware about some shady business practices by the page Cvntyjewels on IG who sells those trendy early 2000s style jewelry.
I ordered 3 pairs of earrings. It was a breezy ordering process through dm. They were 800 each and with DC I paid 2750.
I paid via transfer immediately including the dc. She says it'll reach me 3-5 days post dispatch. It arrived 8 days later but ok fine not the biggest delay, right ?
I actually received only 1 pair. When I brought this up to her and that even the parcel said 1 piece and I literally sent a photo of the box I received with only 1 pair, she did nothing to take a look that she might've made a mistake, just casually says my mom may have packed it. A few exchanges later she says it's not possible I always triple check. WELL IF U DID THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED BUT NOW IT DID SO GIVE ME A SOLUTION. She says she's dispatched again so I shared my details with her AGAIN coz she kept asking despite me hesitating and asking for refund or exchange policy (idk why these aren't recorded) but today I checked to see I've been blocked. What kinda business practice is this????? I already paid and received 1/3rd of my order...girl
Calling ur customers bae and luv isn't going to build loyalty, good business and fkin return or refund policies will. Now that I'm blocked u can't see any dms she sent. I'll attach what I said from my side anyway. Pls think twice before ordering bcz idk what to do with my pending order now..
