What’s the one lowkey change that actually made you hit your daily steps? For me it was a walking pad
I thought getting a height adjustable desk would solve everything.
It helped a bit, but by 3pm my lower back and waist were still locked up from sitting too long. Started putting a walking pad underneath it a few weeks ago and the difference has been bigger than I expected.
I just walk slowly while answering emails or being on calls. Nothing intense. By the end of the day I don't feel completely wrecked anymore.
A couple of colleagues noticed and already ordered one after seeing me on it.
Still trying to figure out the right speed so it doesn't distract me from work.
Anyone else combining a standing desk with a walking pad? Did it actually help your back, or did it become another thing you stopped using after two weeks?
