I need a book as an HR professional of helping others navigate difficult, petty personalities in an office environment. The office is predominantly women, and i would like to delve and understand the psychology behind the pettiness, those who are not necessarily violating policies but still, a pain in the side for each other, and an all out inability to work harmoniously and sometimes, lacking professionalism.
