Hi all,

Picked up running ‘seriously’ four months ago, and wanted some advice if my running shoe rotation is fine, and really what I’m missing (I want to add 1 more shoe, maximum!).

Stats:
5K - 19:31
10K - 39:50
Training for a sub 90 HM.

H: 182cm
W: 69kg

Distance around 45-60km a week, but obviously slowly progressing this weekly. Long runs are usually between 12.5km - 17.5km

Current rotation:
Daily / Long (slower paces 5:00km onwards) = Saucony Ride 19
Tempo/Long <4:59km/Race = Zoom Fly 6

I’m not really 100% sure on if my shoes are good for what I use them for, if I’m missing something key. It would be extremely helpful to hear some thoughts.
