Enquired on a couple of used Polestar 3’s now at different Polestar locations and found the sales experience to be the worst I’ve ever had.

Only one returned phone call who promised to email more details / photos which never came.

Also visited Polestar North London who promised to bring a car down for me to have a look at. So I popped back 30 minutes later, no sign of said car and literally no sales people anywhere in sight. Waited 15 minutes in a completely empty showroom and then thought better of it.

Anyone else had similar experience? Totally putting me off even bothering with a Polestar 3, considering all the issues they have too. Pretty telling when I took our Volvo EX30 to Volvo to finally have the battery recall done that most of the service forecourt was littered with obviously dead Polestar 3’s!

Test drove the Polestar 3 today and broadly loved it!

Noticed a strange couple of quirks if anyone can help?

1. Couldn’t find a way to get maps into dark mode on the main screen? The small drivers display was in dark mode so seemed very odd? Even our Volvo EX30 allows dark mode in the day for Google Maps so surely same in the PS3?!

2. Didn’t notice an option for seat / comfort assist for when entering and exiting the vehicle? Seat position and steering wheel column is set per profile right, so surely comfort access should be an option?!

How’s the software doing these days?

Looking between a Polestar 3, Lotus Eletre and BMW iX so just wanted to see what the latest issues are for the Polestar 3?

We also have a Volvo EX30 and I like the software and UI, albeit it still has some bugs! Seems Volvo have given up on the EX30 with all the battery issues too, hoping not the case for the Polestar 3? Do you still get regular updates?

Hi, not been able to find a concrete answer for this - if I purchase an Eletre WITHOUT Highway Assist Pack, what experience can I expect on the motorway?

Will the car still keep me in the middle of a lane, or will it bounce from side to side to keep me in the lane? Equally, will it provide prompts to hold the steering wheel etc.?

So far I can see the main difference being the lane assist to change lanes, but really not bothered about this functionality.

Any help or examples would be really appreciated!

So far I can find used Eletre's with everything I want except for Highway Assist Pack so need to see if a deal breaker or not!

Was bidding through the Bid Upgrade programme for an Aurea level suite when MSC counter offered with a Yacht Club Deluxe Suite for £1,200 - went for it and got accepted!

Looking at what we get extra, premium drinks extra package alone, is crazy for this price?!

Ended up with same overall price on World America Yacht Club as our trip cost last year on a standard balcony cabin on Star of the Seas, crazy!

Really looking forward to it now!
