Question about penetrative sex

I attempted to get my first Pap smear today and we had to stop because it was too painful. She got it like half way in and I couldn’t do it, I honestly started crying. I’ve never had sex before or put a tampon in bc my period is so light on birth control I don’t need them, so I’m wondering if anyone else experienced this and what helped. Is this something common from anxiety/tensing up, or should I be concerned about something like vaginismus? My gynecologist was a little concerned about sensitivity with me too. I know it’s uncomfortable for any woman, even those that have had sex and no one wants a pap smear and I know it’s not a penis but does it really hurt like that? I only got a micropenis-worth in when I started freaking out. I felt embarrassed afterward and felt scared that that’s what my first experience will be like (I’m a big over thinker) and just want to hear other people’s experiences.

I am going to graduate from undergrad soon and I'm creating my LinkedIn account (I know I'm exteremely late to this, I should've done it a while ago). I have an accomplishment from a year ago I want to post but I'm not sure if I should post it because it will literally look like I'm posting it a year later. Any tips on how to make it sound professional while posting an accomplishment a year later?
