Knocking sound of M20 with video.

Hey guys! I posted yesterday about the knocking noise my e30 is making, I managed to get it on video.
Some more description: the car does the noise under load at around 100-1300 rpm. It stops as soon as I give it gas and go above 1500. When in neutral and I rev it, you cannot hear the noise. When ripping the handbrake and engaging the clutch at 1200 ish and letting it slip, it does the noise. So anytime there’s load on the engine. My car also vibrates a lot at 2300rpm when in neutral. I’m heavily suspecting it’s the clutch but I want to be sure before ripping out the whole trans. Make sure to use headphones or a good speaker when listening to the video!

Knocking noise when setting off/driving in first at 1000-1500rpm

Hi guys! My e30 started to do this really weird noise when setting off and driving real slow in first around at 1000-1500rpm. Sounds like someone is tapping the floorboard of my e30 with a rubber mallet… any clue what it could be? Never heard it until today and it’s freaking me out😅 got a M20 with the getrag 260. It got fresh fluids last year April. Sadly couldn’t get it on video but I’m suspecting it’s coming from my gearbox. Any help is appreciated!
