Hey all. I am now running 5.0.10. Besides the PAK issue I'm having where my keys are never found by my car and always in search mode, I am also noticing that my Google Maps isn't updating to the latest layout/version I had previously and for some reason not syncing properly with my Google account or maps account either.

I have a few images posted here to show what my layout looks like:

I have chosen NACS to be ON as it should be. Here I also chose payment to be TESLA SUPERCHARGER

If I do a search with the TESLA SUPERCHARGER payment on, I get no results even though I know there are superchargers near me

If I turn off the payment filter, I get the Tesla Superchargers popping up as well as other chargers.

This is from my phones Google Maps -> Settings -> Your Vehicles

As you can see, the NACS option doesn't show in the Connected Vehicles even though it is indeed connected via the vehicle and account sign-in. Before, it was also showing NACS and I could actually turn off other charging options in the car and just toggle NACS. I can't do that anymore at all.

Furthermore, next to the Polestar (connected vehicle), I'd usually see a set of four numbers/letters in brackets as well. So when I'd go to do a Google Maps search and directions request on my phone, it'd automatically choose the Tesla chargers as well as accurately show the beginning SOC of my car.

I've deleted and reconnected the vehicle several times to my account, deleting each login-session to make sure multiple logins don't interfere.

It has been roughly over a day or more since my last login into my infotainment and it still seems like proper syncing/updating isn't occurring.

Could anyone shed light on this? Thank you.

Hey folks, first post here.

I've a 2021 P2 that I had upgraded the software to 5.0.10 from the dealership. I brought the car home with my app still working and connected to the car. I was even monitoring the car while at the dealer using my app, etc.

I brought the car home and figured I'd do a reset to make a nice clean install. Prior to that, I made sure all three keys worked and are active and can be used as connected keys to my profile.

I then deleted my current phone from the car, deleted the digital key from my phone disconnected the profile, etc...then did a full reset of the HU.

I reinstalled the app as well on my phone.

To my disappointment, I simply cannot get the keys to be recognized and the process is stuck on step two on the infotainment (searching for keys) and scanning for cars on my phone's app.

I have done everything humanly possible to try and make it work:

• All permissions given to the app
• Unrestricted battery usage
• Polestar Connect is On
• TCAM reset
• Infotainment reset
• Changed batteries in key fobs and made sure activity key works (i.e. opens/closes doors)
• Placed keys in rear cupholder area
• Removed/reinstalled fuse for TCAM
• Disconnected 12V battery for several minutes
• Made sure all doors/etc. are closed.
• Made sure Wi-Fi is inactive both in the car and the phone
• Let the car sit overnight with fuse removed
• Called Polestar support and had them run through with me
• Made sure I have LTE access in the car
• I even reset my phone completely to factory and reinstalled everything

Absolutely nothing works and now I can't access my vehicle's status or have app accessibility. This sucks bigtime as I depend on it considerably for remote control and access.

Am I missing something? I honestly don't want to go back to the dealer as I feel they'll just sit on the car like they had for the past three weeks for various other mechanical issues and I can't be without a car (they aren't offering loaners nowadays).

FORGOT TO ADD:

My phone is a Pixel 7 and is up-to-date.

I also noticed that in the Network and WiFi menu in the infotainement system, the Sim Card toggle is completely gone...disappeared. I can only toggle WiFi on and off...is that something that changed with 5.0.10?
